Anna Maria Rożek is a law graduate of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University and a postgraduate student at the University of Warsaw in European Union Law. She graduated from the European Academy of Diplomacy with a specialization in International Organizations, as well as a program in the field of International Business and Unfulfilled Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, USA. She completed the legal training at the Bar Council in Warsaw. She holds the title of Executive Master of Business Administration.
She participates as a specialist for the Polish community in several conferences in Poland and around the world. He is actively involved in many Polish diaspora projects and runs the activities of non-governmental organizations. In the years 2015-2020, the fund of the Warsaw Public Benefit Council, and she was a part of the capital of the expert team at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister dealing with reforms of the free civic source system.
For her activities for the Polish diaspora, she was nominated for the following awards: Pole with Passion and the Golden Microphone of Radio Rampa in New York USA. He supports many non-governmental organizations in Poland and around the world, including as a member of the prestigious Global Shapers organization, which is part of the World Economic Forum in Davos.
In the years 2014 – 2018, she was authorized by the Councilor of the Capital City of Warsaw. For many years, as a lawyer, she cooperated with the Light Foundation at the African Electrification of Rural Areas meeting and supported the development of Polish companies at the Sub-Saharan conference. Currently, she is a lawyer at Legal Wings – a legal company specializing in immigration and corporate law (www.legalwings.pl).
Aleksander Arabadźić is the President and co-creator of the Academy of European Careers. The Academy as a project was initiated at the Warsaw School of Economics, where the knowledge of academic experts and practitioners working for Poland and Polish businesses are synergized in one goal. The Academy was also one of the initiators of the Polish Digital Sovereignty Charter and the Smart Youth Future Education initiative. A graduate of the University of Warsaw and a specialist in international affairs in the field of Communication and Public Affairs. Aleksander holds an Executive MBA in business and security management from the Academy of Social Sciences in Łódź.
Professionally, he deals with Business & Science relations, cooperation with local governments in the field of European policies, as well as Polish and the European Union energy security. From 2022, Policy Advisor at Sygnis S.A. – a leading company in the Deep Tech sector in the field of international cooperation, security and Poland-Ukraine relations. Moreover, in his spare time, he also promotes the ideas of Smart Cities, Circular Economy and Sustainable Transport.
She is a member of the Legal Wings Sp. z o. o. team, within which we provide comprehensive legal services. She obtained her master’s degree in law from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. She specializes in broadly understood immigration law, ensuring efficient analysis of the legal situation and solution of the problem. She spent a year in Italy studying at Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, so she perfectly understands the problems of settling in another country. She gained practical experience while working in law firms and providing pro bono advice for foundations.
The topic of her master’s thesis concerned the implementation of the Istanbul Convention into Polish criminal law due to the fact that international law and the protection of human rights are her main area of interest. She has experience in working with clients and approaches each case individually. It assumes that professionalism is based on adapting the legal situation in such a way that the client feels safe and stable. She has cooperated with Polish and foreign law firms and Polish offices, so she perfectly understands their specificity.

Absolwentka studiów prawniczych Uczelni Łazarskiego w Warszawie. Pod kierunkiem dr hab. Roberta Gwiazdowskiego napisała pracę magisterska dotyczącą prawa podatkowego pt. „Opodatkowanie leasingu”. W 2018 roku ukończyła studia podyplomowe na Wydziale Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego w zakresie Prawa Własności Intelektualnej. Absolwentka aplikacji radcowskiej Okręgowej Izby Radców Prawnych w Warszawie. Mediator sądowy wpisany na listę stałych mediatorów Sądu Okręgowego w Warszawie. Ekspert w Ministerstwie Aktywów Państwowych w Zespole Prawno Regulacyjnym Departamentu Analiz i Sprawozdawczości.
Posiada bogate doświadczenie zawodowe zdobywała współpracując z firmami prawniczymi, kancelariami adwokatów i radców prawnych, fundacjami, biurem poselskim, a także działem prawnym redakcji portalu internetowego w Warszawie, obsługując przedstawicieli różnych branż. Dokonuje analizy sytuacji finansowej osób fizycznych nieprowadzących działalności gospodarczej oraz przedsiębiorców pod kątem zaistnienia przesłanek do złożenia wniosku o ogłoszenie upadłości lub otwarcia postepowania restrukturyzacyjnego.
