Graduate of law studies at Lazarski University in Warsaw. Under the supervision of dr. Robert Gwiazdowski, she wrote her master’s thesis on tax law entitled. “Taxation of leasing”. She completed postgraduate studies with specialization in Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She completed a legal adviser internship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Court mediator at the District Court in Warsaw. Expert at the Ministry of State Assets in the Legal and Regulatory Team of the Economic Analysis Department.
She gained professional experience working with law firms, offices of attorneys and legal advisors, foundations, office of the Polish Member of Parliament, as well as the legal department of the editorial office of an Internet portal in Warsaw, serving representatives of various industries. In the corporate and M&A and litigation departments, she provided legal services to both individual clients and legal entities. In her practice she advised clients on substantive and procedural civil law, with particular emphasis on cases concerning compensation, payment, improper performance of a contract, contract security, consumer claims; intellectual property law with particular emphasis on cases concerning protection of personal rights and image; administrative law, including legalization of stay of foreigners in the territory of the Republic of Poland and election law, transport law and TSL industry (Transport – Forwarding – Logistics).
She specializes in business and corporate law. Serves bankrupt consumers and business entities, in terms of bankruptcy and restructuring law, both from the side of the debtor, creditor and proceeding authority. Analyzes the financial situation of individuals and businesses in order to file a bankruptcy petition or open restructuring proceedings. He drafts bankruptcy and restructuring proposals and liquidation activities of bankruptcy assets, and helps creditors recover debts from debtors in enforcement processes.
As a mediator, she conducts mediation proceedings in court and private cases . Supports clients in an alternative forms of dispute settlement, such as conciliation and mediation. She specializes in economic mediations covering various industries, including TSL, real estate, energy, which most often concern non-payment for products or services, their failure to meet deadlines, failure to fulfill contract terms, improperly performed orders, violations of the rules of unfair competition, copyright or patent rights and relations between entrepreneurs or clients; in civil mediations of the financial market, such as insurance law, banking law, damages, reparations.
She also resolves intra-organizational disputes concerning corporate disputes arising within a company’s board of directors, between shareholders, or between shareholders, as well as between employer and employee or between employees. She actively participates in programs and events promoting mediation.
